Our studio's are $300.00 per month with a $300.00 deposit required.
They are furnished with a Murphy bed, couch, desk/table, small refrigerator, stove, garbage disposal and all of our units come with attic storage.
We provide water, sewage, garbage, pest control and lawn care.
